Dynamically blending and controlling the pungency of ginger shots/ginger juice

In this video we pressed an 'old/badly stored' ginger root and measured its total gingerol we then measured a ginger powder and then we used the FoodSense Generation Four to blend the ginger powder and the pressed ginger root to make and control the pungency of the ginger juice/shot.
