Testing the caffeine in Guayusa

In this video we prepare a sample of Guayusa and measure the caffeine in the tea.

1) STEP ONE - 50mg of tea

2) STEP TWO - Suspend 50 mg of tea in 1 ml of caffeine buffer

3) STEP THREE - Vortex for 30 seconds

4) STEP FOUR - Take 50 uL of the sample and place on the sensor

5) STEP FIVE - Within the app choose the 20 option
